Terms of service

1. Subject of the service

Salesgram is a relationship intelligence platform that lets you organise your network of contacts, tag them and automatically surface opportunities when several contacts share common characteristics, in addition to enrichment and AI-assisted processing features.

2. Account and access

Access is via Google authentication. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out through your account.

3. Permitted use and data responsibility

You undertake to:

• use the service lawfully and in compliance with applicable regulations;
• have a valid legal basis to process the personal data of the people in your network that you enter into the app (you are the controller of such data — see the Privacy policy);
• not use the service for spam, unlawful activity or infringement of the rights of others;
• not attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the service.

4. Plans, quotas and payments

Salesgram offers several plans (Free, Basic, Pro, Scale). The features with a real cost (enrichment, AI suggestions, conversation extraction) are subject to monthly quotas that vary by plan. Prices and quotas are shown in the app and may be updated. Paid plans may be activated manually or, where available, via online payment.

5. Intellectual property

The software, the interface and the content of Salesgram are the property of Playgram Studio. The data you enter remains yours: we do not claim ownership of it and process it only to provide you with the service.

5-bis. Public feedback portal

The ideas, votes and comments you post on the feedback portal (salesgram.app/feedback) are publicly visible, without your name. By posting them you grant us the right to display them on the portal and to use them to improve the product. We reserve the right to moderate or remove content that is offensive, off-topic or that contains personal data.

6. Service "as is" and limitation of liability

The service is provided «as is», including during beta, without warranties of uninterrupted availability or absence of errors. The AI-assisted features (tag suggestions, conversation extraction, style profiles, intent search) produce proposals that may be inaccurate: nothing is applied without your review, and you remain responsible for validating them. To the extent permitted by law, Playgram Studio is not liable for indirect damages or for loss of data arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the service. We encourage you to keep copies of important data (export function available in the app).

7. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from the User area. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or the law.

8. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms. In the event of material changes we will notify you. Continued use of the service after the change constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes, the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile has jurisdiction, where applicable.
